I always thought it would be unwise to go on a ski holiday unless you were fit.....you are leaving yourself prone to injury otherwise!!!

26th December in Borovets, is a National holiday for Unfit Women. They come from all over the world to ski there so it's doubtful you'll find any fit women there that week. Hope you haven't already booked?! Wink
