i am taking my own steve of course, but i have no idea how to ski it is my first time and only god know how many times i am going to fall and there is a big chance that i will brake the camera but i will risk it anyway if there is no photographers.
thanks madtrucker, i will look for christo
once you get to know your group swap cameras get the instructor to take your camera or video and capture you in action its all about having fun and making friends, its amazing what watching someone fall flat on thier arse does to break the ice. have a great time
There are lots of photographers about on the slopes and you can then purchase them at the bottom of the gondala station about 4pm each day. You can have group photos, individual photos, action shots or ones with cartoon characters!! cost around 5levs each. I have an album full of photos. Our ski instructor also made a DVD.
If it is your first ski trip you may not get round to taking many yourself except at lunch time! Last year was my first and by the time I had got in a good safe!!!position to attempt a photo, got gloves off to get camera out etc it was too late or the group had moved on. Mind you daughts had a good laugh at my expense as i slide gracefully backwards camera in hand on several occasions!
