so droll mikey, firstly its the only non smoking place in the resort, secondly its all upvc double glazed and insulated and thirdly well....any one would be better off asking someone thats stayed there rather than you, and your slightly biased view on life!!! 
Cant be too bad a place as we have 40% of last year re booked for this year, and thats a very very good rate!!!!

only 40%? you should aim for more. Iv got 80% booked and not pleased. shifting to the non smoking issues? It does not matter smoking or non smoking when you wake up with the sound of passing things
.chill out enjoy the season.I will probably use your english school if you have formed one for ther season though.

Great season for for Frasier.
My be we will see us this year, the last two fairies was okay. The green week was really good. I offer you I night for our friends in Boro for nothing as the costs. I will cook... Some good bulgarian central european food, and my be help you to find some outstanding but payable wine and rakia.

with a lot of Lukanka, fine Rakia, and wine and the diner for 10+ cost 50 lev

Sune sounds great, Mikey, so no axe to grind then, as youve now let on you rent soemwhere out, well well well 
ps if you get 80% of last years bookings re booking your a magician, bear in mind we rent out to parties of ten and over!!
