probably a daft question

taking my wife and 7 year old son to pamps this year.
they have had lessons and son is a better skier than wife,
but he has to go into kindergaden as not 8,will there be any way of getting him into wifes group if i bung someone a few quid?

on this website last year it did advise if you can to book the ski school for him (if your travel company will let you) then just do not mention the age to the ski instructor.....

You might also want to check about age ranges in the small print on your insurance for safetys sake. You know what insurance companies can be like for getting out of anything they can.

We wanted our 3 year old to ski in a Kindergarden last year but were told that he definitely needed to be 4 to take part in the kindergarden ski classes.

I'm not sure whether any age ranges apply to normal ski classes though?

Agree with both the above. I had a 7 year old in my group in Pamps a few years back. Although personally I think kids should not be with adults just my prefernce here.

There were two children in my group last year, one of them mine. It didn't exactly make for a relaxing, fun experience some of the time! I hired a private instructor for mine for a few afternoons, to bring her on a bit and to give me a bit of peace

how much did private instruction cost and did they sort out skis?
when in andora when son was only 4 he got skis and they had a child ski school for him.
will he get skis this year in kindergaden or a sled?

give me any details you have daniel, i dont want him to be bored,if he had a couple of hours for a couple of days in the morning then went sledging in kindergaden i think he would enjoy it.he thinks he is going to be skiing all day.

Couple of years ago in Borovets I had a word with our rep and had my 7 year old son moved into a childrens ski group he had a great time and was very well cared for . The childrens groups tend to have female instructors and ours looked after the children (most of which were under 10) and made sure they had drinks lunch etc. He still thinks she was the best instrutor he ever had.She always stayed with the kids until the parents collected them.
