re: protection

Yes, always wear them. They have saved my tail bone on many occassions.

A must. I wear in line skater impact shorts from Decathlon. Cost around £12.

re: protection

Highly recommended, along with a good helmet and wrist guards if you're a learner.

re: protection

Yep tail protection is a must as are helemts not sure about wrists, you should fall over a fist rather than outstretched hand, years ago I used to tuck half a motorbike back protector dowm me knickers but that probably hurt more than a bare bum. Red do very nice girls shorts with just tail and optional hip removable protection, expensive but so comfy and last years are around half price. Razz

re: protection

Wouldn't board without them. Buy them in Bulgaria if u can...much cheaper than in the UK...even right in the middle of Bansko

re: protection

These sound ideal! - the tailbone is the most common injury I always have - apart from alchol induced ones which don't count. I'll have to go find me a pair of them from somewhere!
