please could anybody tell me what the queue is like for the gondola lift in bansko.aslo would it be better to get a taxi up the mountain road .ready for ski school,heard of so many horror stories,people queue jumping and queues a mile long. cheers

I have been to Bansko and yes the queue can be massive (couple of hours waiting) in the morning, we actually missed a couple of lessons, if i had to do it again i would get to the gondola as soon as it opens to avoid the queue and grab some breakfast on the mountain, hope this helpsre: queue for gondola lift.
i think stevec one of the posters here does a shuttle bus service to the top of the gondola. well worth it I would say. queing for the gondola in Bansko can be a real nightmare at peak timesre: queue for gondola lift.

it depends when you are going and what time you get up ?half term is the busiest, but if you get there by 8.00 there is hardly a queue. it opens at 08.30 but often they let you up early

The bad queus are only at Xmas and easter. Oh and if you happen to go when the downhill racing is on.
