we have bought a studio appartment in St Davids and have been waiting for at least 15 months for Act16. we have been trying to get in touch with Britannia as we wanted our furniture pack installed before we go out to Bansko in October. can not get hold of anybody.
we went to a meeting in Port Talbot where we met a few couples who had bought in St davids. but when suggested that to contact the Ferret at ITV in Cardiff (the Ferret had a programme on TV regarding Britannia)

most of the couples felt that if they could get hold of Nigel and get him to come to a meeting to ask him questions, then this was the best thing to do.??!!
personaly I can not see this working.

Hi everyone, we bought an apt in Blakan Place, we havent paid an awful lot, but have been told its being passed onto a company called KV Trading, we have now been told the place will not be getting completed, and they are refusing to give us our money back. We would be interested in meeting with others in the same boat, as we have thought about contacting the ferret, or taking further action. Have recently received a letter from Britannia saying that St David's is officially opening from 3rd Jan 2010 - proably too late to rent out this season!! Has everyone had this letter and is anyone going out in January?

Britannia looked like a scam from the start, people always fall for glossy advertising and slimy sales men.The money they were spending on advertising and exhibitions would never be returned with a few developments in Bansko and Sunny Beach. Although I'm sure the Directors will fill their pockets before bankruptcy
