hi all were off to borovets on the 27th jan and wel be staying at the samakov hotel.ive read a few reports on the hotel and they dont paint a good pic.we did go to the hotel the year before last just to have a look and use the bowling alley and it didnt look to bad.any feedback on it will be most welcome.

we where in the resort last year and went in the Samakov twice for meeting and drinks seemed so good we booked in there this year we arrive on the 28/1 - so dont reck it and drink all the beer!!

Was there last Jan, food was okay and rooms clean but basic! Its in great position close to the slopes!!Nightclub was full of prostitues tho!!!

We stayed there last year for a week. 12 of us in all age ranges. Great place, food is OK at best but eating out is really cheap. Room are warm (hot at times), clean and the bar serves beer!!There is shooting, pool, table tennis, bowling, bar, internet access and the snow store is downstairs.
Its not 5 star but its a comfortable and pleasant place.... with beer!
