The whole idea of ski boots is to have them as tight to your feet as possible so that you can better control the skis - wearing a thick layer of socks defeats this.
Fitted flexible powerstraps can help tremendously. Removes the (Often unnecessary) need to have the buckles of the upper cuff cranked up so tight while maintaining good foot to boot feel/contact. It also helps buffer any unwanted impact to the shins and allows for more fore/aft ankle movement in the boot which can facilitate an improvement in your skiing.
Gel packs can be obtained and fitted to your skin under the ski sock but I'd personally try to cure the cause rather than the result. ...

try to buy new inners if you find for this model or better just buy new pair .
get it properly fited .Mat on here is correct they have to be as close fit as possible without any movement.Maybe the old boots have changed shape or your feet have done this which is normal anyway.
wear them good few hours in your house and most importantly before your holiday so the skin gets used to being squashed.
Think about it!
Would you go for a marathon run with brand new shoes?I would't.
