Leave it until 5 days before you go. We always book late and grab the bargains. In Feb we went to Romania, Poina Brasov. Had a brilliant time very similar to Bulgaria. The snow was fantastic, the food good and the ski school excellent. It cost us £1200 for 3 of us all inclusive... yes really. Skis, school, all inclusive everything. We booked with Neilson. We just got back from Pamps yesterday booked that a couple of weeks before we went and it cost £1330 for the 3 of us that was with Future ...
