can anyone recommened a dvd or exercises and are they worth it.i do keep fit one hr aweek,swim 40mins one hr week,and cycle one and a half hr a week shoud this do or am i doing wrong exercise
Hiya smarties, what you are doing is good , but you should be doing a lot more. Minimum should be 3 hours keep fit per week. After each session have half an hour swim. On the alternate days you should be hill walking and running( builds uo the quads and the thighs) for at least an hour a day. You diet should be filled with vegtables, grains and nuts, with absolutley no alcohol whatsoever. Keep this going to jan 2007 and you'll be fine.

Now it may not help with your skiing if its your first time, but you'll be as fit as a butchers dog in your new salopettes, mad for a load of alcohol with plenty of stamina to stay up all night partying and ultimatley have the holiday of your life !!!
bloody mad cant survive without drink,like bulgaria without snow me!!!!!!!!!follow rosemary conley so dont eat badly very healthy.

Go to fridge.
Extract 1 can of lager.
Pour into glass.
Raise the hand to mouth which is holding glass.
Empty glass down gullet.
Repeat until fridge is empty, or unable to walk to fridge.
