hi, a group of 12 of us are going to bansko in march, is it best to order tickets before we go (where can we book them?) or just buy them when we get there. cheers

Get your lift passes before you go and get them from your tour operator - they'll double in price if you wait to buy them in resort

book before you go cause im led to believe its cheaper and saves hassle over there queing etc
we booked ours through our travel agent- oh and also cause she was a babe and wore low cut tops

It's about 280 lev in resort for a 6 day lift pass and through your tour operator it's about £60

We didn;t queue much in Bansko last March we brought daily lift passes at the resort for 15 leva a day and found it alot cheaper

that was last year Sarah. This year in resort a 6 day pass costs you 280 Leva a days pass is 50 Leva and 30 for kids up to the age of 12.

If you hire your skis and boots at the main ski depot you can gat a 20 % discount on your lift pass

i have my own equipment. we are not going with a holiday company, but just spoke to the women who we booked it with and she is going to get the tickets for us.

o rite cheers for that! Our friends got us bulgarian ski passes last year, but have to be careful. We have a friend who gives us skiis etc.. for good price in Bansko
