re: skiing or snowboarding?

Pamporovo is completely open, all lifts and drags supposed to be working.

Re skiing or boarding, if you ask a skier, he will tell you skiing, if you ask a boarder, he will tell you boarding, however if you go out to try one of them you can always do a taster session of the other!!

re: skiing or snowboarding?

They say once u get over the inital difficulty in snowboarding, its gets easier and more fun quicker than say skiing, but hey im a boarder so I would say snowboarding Smile

re: skiing or snowboarding?

I tried to say: you could sample both - but I'd receommend predominantly one if you're total beginners. It's easy enough to bow out of ski school for an afternoon towards the end and arrange some private board tuition, say.

re: skiing or snowboarding?

I had a complete non-skier in my group last time, he skied for the first 3 days, then tried boarding, and he thought boarding was easier, but I have been skiing on and off for 20 odd years. the decision is yours.

re: skiing or snowboarding?

No idea why this, I had absolutely no complaints re the ski school, but I have heard it said that the boarding school is not so good.
