DW, I'm a non smoker myself, but its attitudes like yours that gives smokers a bad name. I've got nothing against smokers, all I ask is a little respect around my personal space, something that you would appear unable to do. Your views are stuck in the 1950's.
Allison, just think positive, no pain no gain, the skiing will be great.
What happens if in your hotel the table next to you are all smoking ? Do you get up and leave or sit on ?
Nobodies making you do anything or subjecting you to anything. Your not being held down. The reality is that yes you can smoke on the bus. However it rarely happens as there usually are a few " toilet breaks" and people smoke outside.
I hate it when this PC brigade get on their high horse.
you're missing my point, like i said earlier, i don't care who smokes and who doesn't. As it happens, i don't. I don't especially avoid places where people smoke, i don't especially visit places where people don't smoke. it just really irritates me when smokers go on about "Human rights this" and "choices that". Its a flawed argument.
Smokers have smelly breath, smelly clothes and yellow teeth and make horrible coughing sounds, I should know I gave them up 2 years ago its a horrible habit kick it. Only now i realise how bad i used to smell. But cant kick the boozr
DW, I'll happily sit next to you all night and suffer the effects of secondary smoking, but are you willing to accept that once I've had my 10 pints and 10 brandies I falling into your table and knock you flying and then I puke all over you. Well that the seconardy effects of drinking.
Life is about showing people the respect that you would like to recieve yourself.
