re: snow at xmas!

I have to say, I never expected to see so many great "we'll make the best of it" posts over the last two days considering the forecasts. It's great to know, whatever the weather, I can at least expect to spend my Christmas amongst some optimistic "up for a laugh" people and not doom and gloom saddos. Well done!! Everything being fair, we'll get our snow at Christmas!

reading all these posts is great!whatever the weather everyone will have a great time -much better to be in pamps with great company-snow or no snow ,then in front of the telly!!!

Yeah real log fires, cheap hangovers, a pub crawl or two maybe a walk up the mountain seeing it without snow will be something different. A leisurely meal at the top and a slow stagger down depending on alcohol levels this maybe in slalom style or bum boarding style
