Last time whenI was in Bansko in the summer I noticed that they had grass skis. These were being hired out to locals and the Bulgarian ski team for a practice session.
I presume that they are still there having been oiled up and stacked aside ready for next summers grass ski olympics.
So I suppoose that if there is no snow you will still be able to ski.
