snow conditions

Can anyone shed any light? Four of us are going to pamporovo in february 9th , what will the snow be like? ,good or bad

Historically - yes it should be brilliant - however last year it was dreadful.

Just have to wait and see.

Thanks for your reply guys , Ive heard quite a few good reports regarding pamporovo , i went to livigno in italy last year can anyone compare

Hi guys, Fingers crossed for snow then eh? and plenty of it , surely there will be some off piste runs , wont there? they are half the fun

Chris - if you are a competent skier/boarder, then a day at Chepelare is a must. Just 20 mins from Pamps and some brilliant off pieste available.

Pete, cheers for the info, il give it a try. Tried skiing but now i use blades there more fun.

We were there last Feb half term and snow on mid to lower slopes wasn't great. We managed to ski every day up at top where conditions were better. We had to come down to bottom on lift at end of each day. Temperatures were definately warmer than year before.
Went Feb 2006 same time and it was brilliant all way down. Absolutely freezing though. Going again this year - fingers crossed.
