Looking at the top webcam it apears to be snowing, or is it fog?

Thinking of booking to borovets hotel Rila . bringing my 2 daughters 9 and 12 they never skied before.. Do you recommend

Yes Borovets is a fab place, Rila is right at the bottom of the slopes and close to everything, book the girls into ski school they will love it.
