Yep, can't see too much. I was there 2 years ago, skied all week although the pistes were very limited, the lower ones were not open at all.re: snow in the uk
I live in aberdeen (when not on oil rig off west africa which is where I am now hence the grouch mode) and go to cairngorm lots and lots and lots. It's been a pretty crappy year all in all up there, had one really good day in january when all the runs bar the west wall were open, did lots of off piste boarding and trashed my board (far too many rocks! - rather like boro). brill! (and far too many just ok days with zero vis and icy snow (and yes rocks))

I live in aberdeen (when not on oil rig off west africa which is where I am now hence the grouch mode) and go to cairngorm lots and lots and lots. It's been a pretty crappy year all in all up there, had one really good day in january when all the runs bar the west wall were open, did lots of off piste boarding and trashed my board (far too many rocks! - rather like boro). brill! Spent 27 years in the RAF so had my fair share of months away from the family. Nice quiet job in IT with Cheshire Police now, off to Florida for my sins for 3 weeks in Augustre: snow in the uk
