Yep, can't see too much. I was there 2 years ago, skied all week although the pistes were very limited, the lower ones were not open at all.

I live in aberdeen (when not on oil rig off west africa which is where I am now hence the grouch mode) and go to cairngorm lots and lots and lots. It's been a pretty crappy year all in all up there, had one really good day in january when all the runs bar the west wall were open, did lots of off piste boarding and trashed my board (far too many rocks! - rather like boro). brill! (and far too many just ok days with zero vis and icy snow (and yes rocks))
Still it's almost surfing season (or ...

Spent 27 years in the RAF so had my fair share of months away from the family. Nice quiet job in IT with Cheshire Police now, off to Florida for my sins for 3 weeks in August Very Happy

cheshire police eh? where abouts u live then? Used to live in salford (gt manchester) but had to move as it is manky there (plus my office insisted I had to live in aberdeen and then prompty started sending me overseas....ahhhh the contradictions - or it could just be that my boss hates me and is janking my chain.. ...

I live in Chester, we go to Florida every couple of years, save up my time share weeks so that we have comfortable accomodation. Do you fly much?
