Rule number 3 is the big question, does the recent snow fall class as a BIG DUMP???????

Bansko - Yes that is a dump
and the only winner for this resort is

Boro - No afraid not - too much grass showing
Pamps - No, again too much grass peeping through

I know this is not at all scientific and people are going to slate me for this. There will be those that say it has snowed so that is enough, and there are those that say none of the resorts are ready for skiing yet. Others will quote the old 'it is different higher up the mountain'.......

That might sound arrogant, but I cannot throw this open to debate or we will be here all night. This whole thing is only a bit of fun, and the sight of snow today has cheered me up no end.

Well done to Tomski for being the Bansko winner.

when I first set up the sweepstake it was discussed about what should be the factor that decides the date. In the end we decided that it would be on the web cams showing a white out. i,e., look at bansko for the 12th dec and the floor is completely covered , as are the trees and it looks like a christmas card- ( how corny does that sound )
Pamps and Boro are a little less snowy at the moment.

Next year we could use the depth of snow readings, but for this year the rules were set out at the start and i cant change them.
