An awful day, I work next to Holborn so have felt the brunt of it. I have to say and please don't shoot me down for saying it, but, it was enevitable, and if we can we can walk away with less than 40 deaths then thank god we have been lucky. The services deserve the biggest thanks we can give them...re: terror

Have to agree Greg. In comparison to 9/11 London was 'lucky'. However we shall have to see what the next few days bring.

Been away from my comp all of yesterday, my god, same sentiments as Ally to all near to the carnage....
This action if it is the work (???) of Islamic fundementalists can only further alienate that section of our society, there was talk last night, be it only in the pub, that `what are they doing here ??' `if they want to live in our country let them have our religion',`if we were in their country we couldn`t practice our religion'
`send them all home' etc.....

Perhaps the ravings of the uninformed but if this continues fear will dictate, it has happened before !!!!!
My thoughts and i`m sure all of yours will be with the families of those innocent people killed yesterday, a black day indeed......
