I am writing to inform you that, unfortunately, regardless of the reason, we are unable to extend your baggage allowance which remains at 20 kg per passenger plus the hand luggage. The former is not limited in weight but is restricted by dimensions of: 55 x 40 x 20 (all in cm). Any excess luggage will be subject to additional fees of 6 GBP per kilo.
We hope this information will be useful in the future.
