Hi i have bought in phase two, not bought furniture yet, which phase r u in. Have you seen the rental figures for last season this is well out of order, im thinking of pulling out and not sending any more money i still owe 25 grand. Hope to hear from u soon. debs

Debs if I was you take your money and run, rental was terrible and you cannot trust the owners of this complex.

hi we have 2 bed in phase 1 havnt heard what we get for rental yet but, have other props in b/g and not surprised at what we are hearing with the royal lodge. Any indications what you are receiving as rental income.

the rental income is crap 2 bed 234.03 euro profit and 1 bed 179.01 euro

we stopped there at chrimbo had a good hol dont think its 5*rental wont even cover wear and tear

Personally me pulling out Debs I think it will take a couple years yet before its successful. If I was you wait as it will also let you look around at better furniture packages. I believe you have to sign for 5years i got stung with a big loss this year and dont want it to happen again. Will rent myself through owners direct. The guy from coral estates who bought says hes not joining the rental so that says it all for me.
