Forecasting beyond 5/7 days is in the realms of 'guesswork' (though not totally)---at the moment the models are a pig, with patterns struggling to dominate. At the moment it is becoming more unsettled (as you can see on the webcams) and there will be some snow around--I would not bet your houses on huge falls. It looks staying unsettled next week-BUT at the moment it looks like being a lot warmer mid week so a thaw could set in at lower levels.

Light covering of snow this morning in Bansko, heavy snow forecast for next five days....Already skiing on mountain, no problem for Christmas
