We use HHB for transfershttp://sofiaairporttaxis.com but have booked our accommodation through BULGARIA SKI .com for four years now... HHB have a fleet of vehicles so if bad snow or late flights they are reliable and not expensive. They do Sofia to Borovets and also Sofia to Bansko
