Hi all, I am in Pamporovo the good news is that it snowed throughout the night, just over an inch more is forcast and it will be most welcome, the slopes are busy and people look happier.

Hi Forest, yes i am looking out of the window and it has indeed started to snow again, it is very light powder snow but any snow is better than no snow, it looks like we will get lots of snow tonight by the looks of the sky, ill keep you posted Wink i was standing outside and a damn lorry just splashed dirty slush all over me grrrrrr

Well it looks like the white cold stuff we have been hoping for has finally arrived and there is no sign of it stopping, my snow dane worked after all, everyone in the resort looks happy and that makes me even happier, for all those of you coming out including my friends Adam and Steve it looks like you will able to hit the pistes after all. The lovely Pip arrived safely with hubby and children. Iceskatting has been popular this season prices are 10 lev for children and 15 lev for adults ...

Given the exchange rate the ice skating works out at a fiver for kids and 7 pound 50 for adults. Thats not a bargain in any country and certainly not in bulgaria.

There are green runs and blue runs open today from Snejanka too studenets and Snejanka to Malina

can anyone tell me the price to go iceskating in the uk including hire of ice boots? also how much in france, Austria and switzerland? just thought it was worth a comparison?

£7.50 in Ashford. Thats one hour with all equipment. Crying
