Lots of people now stay at Chepalare - in my opinion the best skiing in Bulgaria. Long long black from top to bottom and very uncongested.

Hi Vano - Yes I am quite sure - it was a very cheap deal and seemed like a good idea at the time in a new hotel called the Rhodopi Home (looks quite nice and has swimming pool) but I think I might regret it if there is no snow it might be difficult being stuck in an out of the way place. I am going with my 15 year old daughter and she won't be impressed if there is no snow and even worse nothing to do. Think I'll do a snow dance tonight.. Is there anything to do in Chelepare or anywhere to go?
