There's one on the Samokov hotel - this one seems to update every 30 minutes 24 hrs a day (so you can tell whether there is floodlit skiing or not!).

It's aimed quite high up the hill, so unfortunately the image is often shrouded in mist, but I prefer it to the one on this site mainly due to the more frequent updates.
