Not sure Steve. I've skied and worked in the ski industry for a long time so just say it as I see it. The Balkan reps might have been good to some people but for me, next time I'll go with Neilson. Bansko, Perun hotel and the local people are great. I didn't have a bad experiance with Balkan just didn't see the rep so anybody reading this don't worry I'm sure they're fine.
