Bulgaria Ski discussion board

We have faxed our reservation form over to Bulgaria ski.com and I know they are very busy so don’t get back to you straight away so I thought I would ask on here.

When you have faxed your reservation what happens next? Do they post you an invoice or itinerary or something to confirm what you have booked and paid for? Surely you need something to take to the hotel to prove you are booked or something to take to the ski hire place etc.

Can someone please tell me what happens next.

Thanks Kel, we have found that through this site its about £250 less than the travel agents wanted to charge us. Like I say its just a different way of doing it and I haven't done it like this before. Just get worried faxing over credit card details and then I think, well do I get anything to prove I've paid and when I got to collect my skis and stuff (as Ive done that through this site too) how do they know Ive paid and where do I get them from. I just like to be prepared.

when have you booked for mel?
We go out tomorrow, 8.30 am flight from heathrow, booked through this site astheres only 2 of us they send a car to pick us up from the airport and drop us of right at the hotel,Last year the driver was a guy called valentino he spoke perfect english and told us when and where to meet the rep for our lift passes etc.The rep from this site is a really nice guy called vladimir, I guess youll have the same guy,hes really helpfull and he'll meet you at an arranged time and give you all the details you need,
dont worry im sure everything will be fine.
