Bansko should be safe. The ski road wont be but still there is a lot of skiing to do up the mountain, especially in the morning. The snow cannons do miracles.

Malamut has booked Bansko hence the reason he is on the forum .
He never knocked Bansko,just the fact there is no snow.

I must admit even the most loyal of the Bulgaria followers must be worried as there is 80 cm plus in most resorts in europe already.

Have you ever been to the ALPS Bob?

For goodness sake - it is only 2 December!! Snow conditions can change adversely in hours let alone days. Bansko had good snow last Christmas. Keep thinking positive (and doing the snow dance!)

you are right Kim, the year before last it never snowed until the 15th of december, last year it was early.

January is the word, not December.
It's still too early for snow in Bulgaria now.
