Might be a silly question but what do I take on a skiing holiday. I have my boots for walking around in, I have a half decent waterproof jacket and plent of hoodies, hats gloves ect. But is there anything else that poeple would reccoment you bring. I know some people are regular skkier..... what did you forget on your first ski holiday????
Never thought of that one Glamour! would look a bit odd me being the only adult carrying panty liners though! (lol)
I would certainly recomend you take some deep heat spray if your not used to excercise like skiing!
some good suggestions guys, it was just something to get a discussion going. Will make sure I have my iberoprofen and some deep heat. Apparently skiing is one of the most demanding 'whole body workouts' you can have. 6 sleeeps to goooooo, let it snow!
Hello Dave,
I recommend taking a small rucksack. Its handy to have one on your back when going skiing. You can keep a drink, spare pair of gloves(essential), spare hat(essential), sunglasses, goggles, micro fleece, sun block, & lip balm in.
I presume you have a ski pants, and that you dont intend skiing wearing jeans?
Enjoy!!!

re: what to bring?
1) Plug adaptors (2pin round).
2) Loads of chocolate (energy on the slopes)
3) Toilet roll (incase none in room)
4) Camera (for those kodak moments)
5) Hipflask (full of Jagermeister -- OBVIOUSLY !!)
6) Lip balm, Lip balm - (and use it all the time)
7) Helmet (and please wear it)
we wore thermals(essential!) and i put ralgex/deep heat on every morning after a shower and got dressed to stay warm. It worked a treat and my legs barely ached. My friend is a pharmacist and always does it!!!
