Ok Folks Your surgestions to date I have followed to the letter and have now had a snowboard lesson, Booked the Mourgavets for 7 nights in Jan. My next and final question is what do I need to bring
Ive got Board and Boot hire and my lessons are included, but nobody can tell me what the "Essentials" are.
Evenings are very relaxed Dave, so just bring casual wear plus I warm jacket in case you venture out.
The complex you are staying in has a covered link between The Morgavets and Perelik, so you will not need to go outside to get to BJ's which is the most popular evening club. The link is also lined with all sorts of shops.
Ski and boarding wear is usually about 50% cheaper in Bulgaria and you can get all you need in the resort.
Make sure you get your lift pass before you go as it ...

Make sure you get your lift pass before you go as it will cost much more in the resort.
Other than that just bring a happy smile with you and you will have the best time of your life.
To answer your question in a slightly better way than these two reprobates, you need usual ski/board gear, though as you are boarding I would suggest some serious butt padding as you will spend many hours sat on it!!!
Other stuff, good sunnies, goggles in case it is snowing, decent footwear for walking/staggering around, sun cream, an open mind & a smile....
