what would you change ?

Thought this would be a coversation starter. If you could change anything from your favourite resort for the better what would it be ? And Why ?

My honest answer first ( and I expect you all to follow honestly )

1) More bars for Pamps. The main 2 ( Daks and BJ's are great but 2 bars are not enough for a pub crawl.

2) Better signposting on the slopes.

Up to you now but be honest !!!

Anything I could change about Bansko is already been done. Once the building work is completed it'll be even better. Hope they put pavements in. With the snow thats there at the moment you have to walk on the road but this will change as it grows. The locals are doing a great job at developing the resort.

Message to any local from Bansko. Keep it up guys, you're doing great!!

for boro, provide some catered chalets, better run kindergartens, (more as would be seen here), and on site of the chalets special extreme skiing and boarding holidays, dedicated instructors for the chalets, and provision of eqpt and ski passes, .............................. if we can just get the planning permission through

For Borovets, replace the drag lifts with chairlifts - they are a nightmare for boarders.

And ban skiiers

Good point fraser and sarah. My other half said that about Bansko. Loads of new hotels going up which are great but it'd be nice to go to Bulgaria with more options for chalet holidays.

Ban skiers??? We were there first. Consider yourself lucky to be allowed on the slopes.

Agree with the Bansko comments about the pavements, but hey, a small price to pay for a cracking resort.

BTW, we stayed in a brand new catered chalet this time - awesome....
