I will be there as always. Two schools with 60 kids and 10 staff. Don't let the kids put you off, they are the adult tourists of tomorrow and well behaved. See you in the Snezhanka!
yes will be in snezhanka. what schools r going from where.i have stayed in this hotel about 8/9 times and it is not unusal for schools to there and havnt found a bad school group yet
Don't know about older students as there are at least three school groups flying out of Belfast. I can reassure you that the two primary school groups from the north coast are very well behaved and supervised. Good kids on the adventure of a lifetime. As I have been trying to tell Pete we have been bringing kids there for 30 years but in recent years it has become a struggle as prices rise.
We always go during the third week in January so have probably been there at the same time as ...

http://web.me.com/msips/Bulgaria_for_Schools/Welcome.html that I use to promote Bulgaria.
Was there last year and 2005 on the educational. They work hard to promote Bulgaria and have done so for 30 years. Tour operators like Balkantours have provided tourists, the life blood of the resort for so long but we are living in difficult times and unless the big bosses in Sofia wake up and value companies like them rather than take them forgranted they could lose them. Only one third of the tourists travelling to Bulgaria five years ago are going now!
a big problem is flights going in2 sofia. We need tour operators such as Balkantours to fly back to Plodiv. Other tour operators from Ireland r flying to Plodiv.
We were supposed to be flying to Plovdiv but when the arrangements were confirmed I discovered that we were going to Sofia. Could be to do with Bulgaria Air. I'll look into that. Bringing the price of flights down could reduce the overall cost by 20% and that would definitely attract more people.
