Do i need a helmet for my 9 year old, if so can you get them there as i can not find any here in wales. Someone has told me you only need to wear your thermals under your suit, is this right as i am trying to get everything sorted and i am not sure what to take..........
Thanks

Just dead casual - trainers, jeans etc.

Maybe something a bit smart for Xmas day.
