I feel sorry for you my friend been there for the past 3 yrs and will never go there again as they have got worse over the yrs and the last yr was the filthyiest
Take more than flash my friend the old birds who come round cleaning stink of bo so take some lynx . ps. they dont speak a word of the queens so give them some abuse fom me.
i went last year and thought it was fine,the accomodation although basic is ok.the other poster must have been unlucky or we were lucky but our room was clean however the kitchen was of no use whatsoever but it was nice and warm and we had a sauna in our room which also worked ok.I did read reviews that mentioned problems with stealing from the chalets but we didnt see or hear of any problems and there are saftey deposit boxes in the reception if you want any more info let me know.
there is no night life at all at the yagoda(borovets)but there is a small resteraunt /bar on site but in general its very quiet.most people finish skiing at about 4pm and go back to the yagoda and shower then head back into town to have food and drinks and the bus takes about 5 mins to drop u in town. if you are staying in town to have a meal and some drinks and u miss the last bus back a taxi will cost about 3/4 pounds and are easy to get, most sit by the samakov which is were the bus drops ...

I'm flying out there in January, staying at Yagoda. I'm a little concerned as all I keep hearing is bad things about it. If you go could you post on here when you get back and tell us about it?
