I would suggest one of the smaller schools as they tend to have newer equipment than the bigger ski schools especially at this time of the season and based on the snow conditions we have had...

No worries re: beer - I've had enough this season to last me a life time!!

They are on the road up from the gondola - on the same side of the road as the gondola - about 200 metres up.
