Its illegal, its not ilegal, its ilegal, its not ilegal......... I do suspect it will run no matter what the outcome. Guess if all runs are open we will find out today as the skiing season opens.

There will be another dicision to be made not sure when this is BG!!! But i think it will open no matter as do others!!

Basically after being told that the decision had been made, it was illegal, and there was no appeal to the highest court as it was that court that made the decision............. it is going back to the court on appeal Mad only in Bulgaria Wink
