Totally agree with Arnica and Deep Heat, bring plenty and also if u can a mini supply up on slopes with you it WILL prove invaluable!
Also on a point of protection (and yes i mean for on the slopes), with a particular emphasis on SBers: please protect all vunerable areas. Wrap that dodgy knee, which will also soften the blow of a fall! Please buy wrist guards, available in most ski shops. After nearly breakin it in 2nd day, they allowed me to board for rest of the week. You will not look ...

And last but not least, a point that if i knew before going i would actually be sitting on both butt cheeks now, padded shorts are a MUST!
