After having the same dilemna recently, hunting around on ebay, TKMaxx, etc, I found those guys.
I bought the 'package' of trespass jacket, pants, and thermals from for £85. I thought it was a bargain and it seems pretty good. Delivered in under three days. I highly recommend them! We were sneaky and went up to the Trespass shop at Milton Keynes to try the stuff on for size, then went home and ordered it on the net! The same jacket in the shop was ...

We were sneaky and went up to the Trespass shop at Milton Keynes to try the stuff on for size, then went home and ordered it on the net! The same jacket in the shop was £80 alone.
I thought that was a nice balance - got reasonably good quality stuff, at what I thought was a pretty good price!

dont spend a lot on your ski trousers as, as a beginner you will possible cut them with your skis when you keep falling over, its not quiet as easy as it looks. jacket wise i got a trespass one in the sales for about £49. night time I wear cargo pants teeshirts, a fleece ski jacket and timberland boots. high heels are asking for trouble, you can always up grade your kit later, also buy two cheaper pairs of gloves rather than one expensive pair but get the once with a thermal linning ...

TK Maxx are good for ski wear - last season's but who cares? I invested in a pair of UGGS last year - brilliantly warm and look good too. Wore them in temps of -20 with no socks and found them incredibly comfortable!
