Hi Jenny,
I can of course only offer my personal opinion on what you have asked, but this year will be my 22 visit so I sort of know my way around. Wink

After finishing skiing if you want a quick beer before returning to your hotel I would recommend the Markony. Right at the base of the slopes at Malina 2. Roading fire and most evenings a great atmosphere. In the evening you have several choices. The White Hart does great food and live music every evening. It's located right in the heart ...

Roading fire and most evenings a great atmosphere. In the evening you have several choices. The White Hart does great food and live music every evening. It's located right in the heart of the resort where most of the main hotels are. The Apres Ski Bar is directly opposite and also has live bands. Daks bar just behind the Perelik Hotel is a real party place late on. Disco music and a real Bulgarian favourite for many of the locals. DJ's which is inside the Perelik usually gets going late on and runs until everybody has left (usually about 4am) - not as busy these days as years ago when it used to be packed, but still worth a visit.

There are others - but these would be my recommendations.
