@Jo, hi, do you mean the 'stone hut' top of the gondola, on the left before going down the slope to the White House? Last year we stayed overnight in their bunkhouse, get the last drag-lift up to the blue run which Jez's boy has mastered, be the last to come down and take the little ski-road opp WH which leads to to steps up to the restaurant. Dinner and drinks in restaurant followed by more drinks, silly games, panoramics pics on the balcony until your tired enough to go in and fight about ...

Next morning ski down before the gondola starts feeling as if you have the whole mountain to yourselves!
Unusual experience, Vania (lovely ski instuctor @ Hunters) arranged it for us but sure K&B could too. HTH chris

That sounds amazing, I have skiied past the stone hut many times but never ventured in. The kings hunting lodge is just off the road that goes up through Boro to Beli Iskar, before you get to Yastrebets express. Its interesting if you can't or don't want to ski, but wouldn't compare to the Stone Hut!

benlaimwolf- I booked 6 day "Ski saver pack" via Inghams- it is £195 - The 6-day "Board saver" would have been £189 BUT you only get 3 days lessons for 2hr/day -for "Ski saver" you get 6 days for 4hr/day.

If anyone books/booked with Inghams into the Rila they are giving 2 for 1 rentals/saver packs for arrivals 21 Jan, 25 Feb, 3,10 & 17 March. I had to ring them because when I was trying to book on-line it didn't calculate the 2 for 1 deal. Even though I phoned, they still gave me the ...

Even though I phoned, they still gave me the internet dicounts, etc -I posted on Robert's thread titled "Tour operators" re all the discounts I got!

Sarah- thanks in advance for letting me know re the equipment-have a wonderful time on your hols. I hope the snow is as good at the end of Feb as it is now!!

Jo - thanks for your advice- King's Hunting Lodge! Will have to find out about this- is it what Chris thought it was?? I am known to take an afternoon or two off skiing as I am not as young as I used to be, so will def go to the spas!

Thanks everyone!

Thanks @Camary for the info.

They said they usually let people swap equipment, which is great as I would like to try both formats.
