Hi all....
With this terrorist thingy going on around us what do you think should be done ??
TB may think that we should remain calm, that the resposibility lies with the terrorists and not with the fact that we left ourselves wide open after siding with the US in Irak. At the end of the day it is us, the population who will take the brunt of these attacks, the polititions in there ivory towers with special protection will be safe.
Just a thought, that poor guy in Whitehall who was ...

What can happen, will we become an island fortress and intern all foriegn nationals who show any allegiance to Islam, this can only add to the fervour for nationlism, when people are scared they will agree to anything...
I know this is a little off subject but it does effect us all.
My girlfriends daughter returned from Kusi Dasi in Turkey
just three days before the bombing there, she travelled on those buses as everybody does, is anywhere safe ???

Yeh, caught it on the radio, i must admit the security forces are up against it, good on them if they caught the bu**er...
Val, they thought Kusi Dasi was safe, we are just getting into high season with around 100,000 tourists in the area, virtually no security with a real apathetic approach
to the problems in London, a soft target ?????
Granted an Islamic individual would stand out like a nun in a monestry, especially if he/she had a rucksack......
I`ll keep my eyes open.. ...

Actually I feel quite sorry for all the law abiding innocent Islamics who live in this country because people will start to look at them in a different light now and they are no more bombers than you or I.Perhaps you don't agree though.

I think we should just carry on as we are and prove that they can't defeat us with their silly little suicide bombs.My parents used to live in Israel and I have many cousins living there. I always used to go out there to visit Mum and Dad and had no problems with it. In fact I'm there next month.

No darlin, i totally agree that innocent Islamics will be targeted, they will be considered as a possible threat and for that reason will be alienated even more by the people around them, if this continues also expect retribution aimed at the Islamic community...
I have no axe to grind with anyone whatever their religious persuation as long as they have no axe to grind with me and mine, there the problem lies......
Will it require for thousands to be laid dead, i`m afraid that ...

Until Islam condemns these acts, effectively putting a fatwah on the extreamists then this will continue. Do you see this happening ???
