Anyone Ever Skied Levi In Lapland?

Thinking of going there next year as a second destination and staying at the Crazy Reindeer Hotel. Would be nice to hear of any feedback (good or bad) about the resort.
Also would be a chance to see the Northern Lights - something I've always wanted to see.

I think Footfixer has been there a couple of times, him and Debs always have a great time. Very very cold out there.

Have a work colleague who has skied there he says it was an amazing experience and a lovely resort although a bit pricey. and i don't mean Katy. he said would jump at chance of going back. He did say as snow plough said it is very cold.

I have been 10years ago. Was lovely.
Northern lights depends wether they are dancing Pete.
I would reccommend it and would love to go back myself. Maybe when Jess is a little older to understand.

Yes 5 years ago.
Very cold, Very pricey but! Worth every penny.
Skiing good but light bad
Loved Santa world took my 2 yrs old to watch elves dance on in
1980's Nuclar Bunker (now converted to "Santa Land!!)
did ice fishing, huskey and lots more .
Watch out for the Blackjack tables in the bars way to tempting!!!!
Will not go back BUT! still a super time had and many storys to tell.

Hi Pete,

My work colleague has been visiting the area for many years and loves it. He had a cabin in neighbouring yllas where the santas post office is i believe. Like me he logs into the webcams daily to check the snow levels etc but is neither a skier or boarder, just a lover of the area which is comittment.
