Pete,

Lapland can be very cold in deed.

I would not recommend Levi or Wranglers. You would be better with North Face or a similar type of purpose made ski pants.

Not in the slightest Nudge Razz

I know about the cold, (-34 is not unusual) but when you ski at my speed, cold is never an option.

that was at the top of the gondala 10.30am and the sign in the background is a bar!!!
