Anyone got anything good to say about Hotel Pamporovo this year

At New Year, we used the loos in the Pamporovo at 2 am while waiting for a minibus to take us to the fantstic Evridika because the Airport coach couldn't turn round at our hotel. The loos were very nice and seemed to be working properly that night! The hotel looked very good from the reception area.
When we asked to be moved from the Evridika because of a minor overbooking nuisance, we had two double beds instead of four singles, we were told that the Pamporovo had overbooked 100 people ...

I have been to Pamporovo twice before and know what to expect from the Country - thats why I am going back.The question was has anyone who has been there this year, and I emphasis the this year bit, who has stayed at the Hotel Pamporovo got anything good to say about .
Don't mean to offend anyone but if you are not 'qualified' to answer the question then why answer it.
This site is very helpful but every now and again you get people who do not answer the question that has been asked.

I had heard the same and put a thread u[p asking fro reports as IM going in feb... When I Looked into booking it all I got was great reports... Now the time is near im hearing all bad reports just like you!! I rang the holiday company today to find out about this building work as we got a letter and apparantly there was ongoing building work refurbishing the hotel until end of Dec... She has guaranteed this has ended..
