Anyone live in Samakov or surrounding area?

Just in the process of buying a little pad just outside of Samakov and just looking to see if there is anyone else in the area......

i have a house outside Samakov too.

It does need a little work on it though and I am waiting for Bobby to make a start this spring Very Happy

Hi there, as Wendy says we live in Samokov and there are quite a few others with property in the area. The K Bar run by Kenny is the place where you are likely to meet up.

I have a house in the village of Govedartsi. We have an alarm system. If it were to go off, it is linked to the company that provides it, who will attend the property. It is possible to furnish a house in Samokov. It depends what you're looking for.

Could you share the details for the Company? I take it there is a monthly fee.

I need to get a kitchen and a boiler plus furniture for the whole house and just wanted to see what alternatives there were to Ikea.

I'm afraid I don't know the name of the company. It is arranged for me by Borovets PMS management company. There is an annual fee.
