Never been skiing with first choice- "last resort" since I took them to the small claims court and got my money back for a really horrid holiday to menorca!

It was quite easy really - the Citizens Advice gave me help and then armed with photos and video it was a doddle. Just follow through the system. If you have a good case it works for you. Very Happy
