Apartement rental

Hi,
Does anyone here have an apartment they are renting out? I have an apartment in Monastery 3 and I was going to try and rent it out but I need a contact for cleaning and doing the change overs for me. Can anyone help?

If you are intending to rent it out yourself, then you could take on a company the likes of Alexandra services, they will provide what you need, but you have to have your rentals in place really, to justify what you will pay them. There are others, its just that Alexandra came to mind. I would suggest trying to rent your apartment first, and see what response you get, and then see about the cleaning and changovers... appreciate there are a few here in the same position, good luck

We also have an apartment in Grand Monestary, it is one of the top apts in building 1B.

We have been using Laguna Tours, but it has been very slow the recent year, and I think the apt was rented out in December and January. We also had to wait a long time for the rental income of GBP 700 to be transferred.

Have you been down there recently? Did everything look OK in the complex? No Bulgarian funny business going on?

I haven't been there recently. I used Laguna Tours last year and it was a disaster so I was thinking advertising it privately this year.

FYI

I have booked flight down there for the weeked Oct 30-Nov 2. Will stay in own apt I will make pics etc for my own advertising purposes. Might meet with various management to see if possible to improve things. Not easy to take action when not there myself. This is actually my first time.

Let me know if you would be interested in sharing info. experience & photos of the area - might be an idea to cooperate a little.
